In its 2002 Industrial/Commercial Park Feasibility Study for the Town of Douglas , Carter & Burgess Consultants, Inc. identified seven (7) developable areas in Douglas.

Sites located at the western edge of Douglas on Route 16 would be considered separately from the sites located along the eastern end of Douglas.
