The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

ATTENDANCE
Chairman Michael Yacino, Vice Chairwoman Marylynne Dube, Linda Brown, Brandi Van Roo, David Windoloski, Tracy Sharkey, Kelley Donley, Stephen Zisk (Planning/Conservation Agent) and William Cundiff (Town Engineer). Absent was Maria Lajoie (Administrative Secretary).

DUE TO THE AGENDA NOT BEING POSTED, THIS MEETING CANNOT BE HELD.

7:45 PM (NOI) #143-0 PUBLIC HEARING – 8 Cedar Street / BOUDREAU, JOEY
At 7:45pm, a Motion was made by Brown to continue the Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2011 at 7:15pm, seconded by Van Roo. Vote was unanimous.

8:00 PM (NOI) #143-0 PUBLIC HEARING – 21 Davis Street / TOWN OF DOUGLAS
At 8:00pm, a Motion was made by Van Roo to continue the Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2011 at 7:15pm, seconded by Sharkey. Vote was unanimous.

MEETING MINUTES: 7/11, 8/1 (On hold for future meeting)

ADJOURNMENT
At 8:05pm, a Motion was made by Van Roo to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Windoloski. Vote was unanimous.
