 MINUTES: Minutes from February 25, 2014, accepted as written.
 RAISES & UNION NEGOTIATIONS: Mike informed the Board that contract negotiations with teachers and police were ongoing and contracts may not be signed before the annual town meeting. Based on budget projections, he recommends a 1% plus steps for non-union employees. He would like our input before Thursday. VOTE: The Board voted unanimously to recommend a 1% raise for non-union employees plus a step increase if warranted by the performance evaluation. Ellie will email Mike accordingly.
 CYBER STORAGE: There is space available on the Town’s computer for personnel plus the capability for a web page. We have to decide what we want “stored” as opposed to public information. Some information may have to be password protected, such as info on the Sick Bank.
 PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FEEDBACK: Mike does not have this info yet and will get back to us with this at a later date.
 APPENDIX D: Whether an employee is suspended with or without pay is done on a case by case basis, depending on the severity of the offense. BettyAnn will amend that section accordingly and add the Grievance Form. VOTE: The Board voted unanimously to accept Appendix D and add it to the Personnel Policies and Procedures manual.
 TIME SHEETS: The Town now uses 2 different time sheets: one for hourly personnel and one for salaried. The Board would like to make them part of the Policy and Procedure Manual and have them available on our web site. Ellie will ask Jeanne if these forms are available in Excel and add a space for bereavement time.
 MUNICIPAL POSITION EVALUATION MANUAL: Kristen amended the position evaluation manual. VOTE: The Board voted unanimously to accept the Municipal Position Evaluation Manual as presented.
