NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DOUGLAS
PLANNING BOARD

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81W and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for the Petition/Movant ASD Wallum Lake MA Solar, LLC on the Application for a Modification of a Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land by removing eighteen (18) proposed lots and reverting back to one (1) single lot.

The site consists of fifty-six acres of land and contains eighteen (18) proposed lots, located northerly – unknown owners, easterly by various owners and Wallum Lake Road, southerly by MA/RI State Line and westerly by Nelson land which parallels Shore Road. The property Owner is Douglas Properties, LLC, P.O. Box 932, 306 Main Street, Douglas, MA as shown on a Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land entitled “Lakewood Estates” by Yerka Engineering, LLC, 128 West Hartford Avenue, Uxbridge, MA, dated August 27, 2007.

The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 pm, in the Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the Application is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
