LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, and the Town of Douglas Water Resource Districts Aquifer Protection Bylaw, Section 8.1, the Douglas Planning Board is holding a Public Hearing on the Application of Owner Aris Group, 100 Church Street, Whitinsville, MA and Applicant The Picket Fence Restaurant for a Special Permit to construct a concrete patio for an outside tent.
The proposed site is zoned Village Business (VB) and located at 338 Main Street, Assessors Map 163, Parcel 101, as shown on a plan dated June 8, 2020.
The Public Hearing is being held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:30pm in the Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.
A copy of the plan may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
