In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 80-T and 81-U, and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Definitive Subdivision Plan.

The proposed site comprises three (3) existing lots at #439 Northeast Main Street, #34 Davis Street (vacant) & 36 Davis Street, having a total area of 22 acres more or less. The site will consist of 28 single family residential lots fronting on the new street and 5 lots with frontage on the existing public ways. The property located at 439 Northeast Main Street and 34 Davis Street is owned by Jim Pyne dba JMT Sleepy Hollow, LLC and the property located at 36 Davis Street is owned by James T. Fitzpatrick, II submitted by Owner/Applicant JMT Sleepy Hollow, LLC as shown on a Single Family Residential Subdivision Definitive Plan entitled “Sleepy Hollow” by Guerriere & Halnon, Inc. dated March 19, 2016.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 7:15pm, in the Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the plan is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
