LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, and the Town of Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 8.1, Water Resource Protection Overlay District (WRPOD), the Town of Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.4, Site Plan Review, and Section 9.3, Special Permits, the Douglas Planning Board is holding a Public Hearing on the Application of New England Realty Ventures, LLC for permits to construct a 5,146 square foot commercial building on a 5.346 acre parcel for a convenience store with a drive through for coffee sales for a portion of the space and office space for the remaining space.
The proposed site is located at 74 Main Street, Assessors Map 188, Parcel 33, as shown on a plan prepared for New England Realty Ventures, LLC entitled “Site Plan Application for Proposed Commercial Development” by Alfred Benesch & Company, 90 National Drive, Glastonbury, CT dated June 19, 2018.
The Public Hearing is being held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 7:30pm in the Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.
A copy of the plan may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
