ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application:

7:30 PM Twin River Realty Trust is requesting a Variance in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 4.1.3-Table of Dimensional Requirements, Appendix B-Dimensional Regulations to vary the required 25-foot side yard setback to allow a 10-foot side yard setback on property located at 58 Chestnut Street, Map 272, Parcel 6.

A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
