ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications:

7:00 PM Brian Guilfoyle is requesting a Special Permit in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned area pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.0 – Use Regulations, Subsection 3.4 – Nonconforming Uses and Structures, Subsection 3.4.7- Reconstruction after Catastrophe or Demolition, #3 to demolish a legal (pre-existing), non-conforming structure and construct a new single family structure located at 37 Hough Road, Map 111, Parcel 37.

7:15 PM Guaranteed Builders, Inc. is requesting a Variance in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned area from required lot frontage, area and front and side yard setbacks pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 4.1.3 – Dimensional Requirements to build a single family dwelling located at 103 Shore Road.
A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
