ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications:

7:15 PM Jonathan Shenian dba Cappy’s Automotive is requesting a Special Permit in an Industrial (IND) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, 3.1.3 – Table of Use Regulations, Appendix A – Schedule of Use Regulations – Sale of Motor Vehicles by proposing to lease office space approximately 12-feet by 12-feet in the rear building at Granutec Manufacturing for the purpose of maintaining a Class II License for up to fourteen (14) vehicles for sale. The vehicles will be displayed on existing pavement and spaces located at the front left side of the building on property located at 100 Davis Street, Assessors Map 168, Parcel 9.

7:30 PM Jack Azar dba 116 Davis Street, LLC is requesting a Special Permit in an Industrial (IND) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, 3.1.3 – Table of Use Regulations, Appendix A – Schedule of Use Regulations – Service/Repair of Motor Vehicles, by proposing to service and repair motor vehicles on property located at 116 Davis Street, Assessors Map 191, Parcel 1.

A copy of the Applications may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Applications should appear at the time and place designated.
