ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application:

7:00 PM Henry LaBonne, Jr. is requesting a Variance in a Village Residential (VR) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Appendix B-Dimensional Regulations, to vary the required 50-foot front yard setback to 40.3 feet and to vary the required 15-feet side yard setback to 12.8-feet, to construct 28-foot by 80-foot two-bay attached garage located at 56 Martin Road, Assessors Map 169, Parcel 20.
A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
