ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications:

7:30 PM Real Life Realty is requesting a Variance in a Residential Agricultural (RA) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 4.3-Lot Frontage Exception, Section 4.3.2-Location which requires that a Reduced Frontage Lot be located entirely within a Residential Zoning District (RA). The Applicant’s lot is located partially in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned District and partially in an Industrial Zoned District (IND) on property located on Maple Street, Assessors Map 194, Parcel 13.

7:45 PM David Branagan, Jr. is requesting a Variance in a Residential Agricultural (RA) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.4.7 Reconstruction after Catastrophe or Demolition Paragraph #1 – Reconstruction of said premises shall commence within three years after such Catastrophe or Demolition on property located at 215 South Street, Map 263, Parcel 10.

A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
