TOWN OF DOUGLAS
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings beginning at 7:45pm on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Applications:

7:45 PM Public Hearing: Robert & Diane Miller are requesting a Special Permit in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.4.5 Nonconforming Single and Two Family Residential Structures and Appendix B – Dimensional Regulations, to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling on a lot where an existing family dwelling is currently located. The existing dwelling will be removed and the new dwelling will be constructed on property located at 115 Shore Road, Assessors Map 300, Parcel 13.

8:00 PM Public Hearing: Dan Dudley is requesting to Appeal the Building Commissioner’s Enforcement Orders dated June 1, 2018 and June 15, 2018 pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 7 on property located at 160 Wallis Street, Assessors Map 158, Parcel 19.

A copy of the Applications may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Applications should appear at the time and place designated.
