ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application:

7:15 PM Public Hearing: Anthony & Sarah Bucciarelli has filed for a Special Permit pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.3 and Appendix B – Dimensional Requirements to replace both cottages with one year round 40’x25’ house on Lot #82 and a two-car garage and upgraded septic system on Lot #85 located in a Rural Agricultural (R/A) Zoned District. The property location is 85 & 82 Peters Cove Road, Assessors Map 158, Parcels 3 & 8.

A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
