Yacino said that he spoke to Michael Guzinski, Executive Administrator about a “concerned citizen” who does not feel that the Commission should pursue this appeal of the Superseding Order of Conditions. Yacino drafted a memo (please see attached copy) to the Board of Selectmen and the Commission reviewed and approved it with minor changes to the last sentence. The Commission feels that the two discharges within the proposed design do not treat stormwater prior to discharge and that the design is not in compliance with the Stormwater Handbook. A Motion was made by Brown to approve this Memo to the Board of Selectmen, as amended, seconded by Van Roo. Vote was unanimous.

At 9:00pm, a Motion was made by Van Roo to rise from Executive Session, seconded by Brown.
