NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DOUGLAS
PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 80-T and 81-U, and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Definitive Subdivision Plan.
The proposed site comprises three (3) single family residential lots at 202 & 206 Maple Street, having a total area of 10.13 acres. The property located at 202 and 206 Maple Street is owned by John E. & Cheryl A. Cosma, Millicent & Carolyn Cosma, The Cosma Realty Trust as shown on a Residential Compound Definitive Subdivision Plan by Andrews Survey & Engineering, Inc. dated July 2, 2018.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at 8:15pm, in the Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.
A copy of the application is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
