In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81K thru 81GG, and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Modification of a Definitive Subdivision Plan.
The proposed change to the previously approved Subdivision Decision will be by modifying the metes and bounds of the existing unnamed private road and to re-configure the extents of ownership land and features thereon.
The properties are located at 12 & 14 Depot Street, Map 163, Parcel 123 and Map 163; Parcel 124 owned by Iadarola Living Trust, 12 Depot Street, Douglas, MA and formerly owned by Kevin Bliss, 500 Broncos Highway, Mapleville, RI as shown on a Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land by Andrews Survey & Engineering, Inc., dated September 26, 1997.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at 7:30pm, in the Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.
A copy of the submittal is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed submittal should appear at the time and place designated.
