Chairwoman Marylynne Dube, Vice Chairman Michael Yacino, Leon Mosczynski, Linda Brown, Ralph Dudley, Brandi Van Roo, David Windoloski, Kelly Donley (Associate Member), Stephen Zisk (Planning/Conservation Agent), William Cundiff (Town Engineer) and Maria Chesley (Administrative Secretary). Absent was Tracy Sharkey (Associate Member).

1. Order of Conditions: Coopertown Realty Trust, 34 Davis Street. Zisk said that at the last meeting on December 7, the Commission voted to deny an Order of Conditions based on the peer review report from BSC Group dated 12/4/09 along with the Town Engineers comments and that neither the Applicant nor their representatives were present at the meetings to address questions or concerns. The Commission reviewed the draft copy of the “Findings”. Minor changes were made to Page 4 by moving the heading “Decision and Vote” from #22 to above #21. The Commission signed the Order of Conditions Denial.
2. Ed’s Construction, Inc., 88 West Street. The Commission received a copy of a Superseding Order of Conditions issued by DEP to Ed’s Construction, Inc under the Wetland Protection Act. Mr. Whipple will have to file with the Commission for the Local Wetland Bylaw.
3. National Grid. The Commission received a letter from NationalGrid dated 12/11/09 stating that they will be using herbicides along power line rights-of-way that pass through Douglas next year. The Commission looked at the plan and the location in question is on Cliff Street and into Oxford. The Commission did not think that this would be an environmental issue.
4. Site Walks: 90 Peters Cove Road and 187 Maple Street. The Commission will schedule these on 1/4/10.

At 7:30pm, a MOTION was made by Yacino to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Brown. VOTE UNANIMOUS.

Respectfully submitted,

Maria D. Chesley
