The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Chairwoman Marylynne Dube, Acting Chairman Michael Yacino, Leon Mosczynski, Linda Brown, Brandi Van Roo, Tracey Sharkey (Associate Member) Stephen Zisk (Planning/Conservation Agent) and William Cundiff (Town Engineer). Absent were Ralph Dudley, David Windoloski and Kelley Donley (Associate Member).

7:00 PM DISCUSSION: Margaret Bacon, 80 Maple Street
Minor Plan Change
Present were Margaret Bacon and Michael Yerka of Yerka/Bacon Engineering. Yerka said that the Board of Health has not approved this minor plan change yet. The Commission agreed to meet with them again on Monday, March 1, 2010, at 7:01pm.

7:15 PM DISCUSSION: Stormwater Management Bylaw
Cundiff and the Commission reviewed the proposed bylaw (Land Disturbance and Post-Construction Stormwater Management Bylaw). Minor changes were made and it was the consensus of the Commission to advertise for a Public Hearing on Monday, March 1, 2010, at 7:00pm. This proposed bylaw article will be placed on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant for acceptance.

After review, a MOTION was made by Brown to approve the Meeting Minutes of Monday, February 1, 2010, as amended, seconded by Mosczynski. VOTE UNANIMOUS.

At 7:30 pm, a MOTION was made by Brown to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mosczynski. VOTE UNANIMOUS.
