In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Sections 81-T and 81-U, and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Definitive Subdivision Plan.

The project is located on the northwesterly side of Gilboa Street in Douglas and south of Main Street/Whitins Road at the Northbridge-Sutton Town line. The following parcels in Douglas are included in this subdivision: Map 113, Parcels 1 & 2; Map 115, Parcels 2 & 5; Map 117, Parcel 38; and Map 138, Parcel 43.

The Property Owners are the Town of Sutton, Estate of Harry Bedoian, DeVries Corporation, Heirs of Dorothy G. Vecchione, Pyne Sand & Stone Company, Inc., Gilboa Properties, LLC and John C. Frost. The Applicants in this matter are the Towns of Douglas, Northbridge and Sutton, as shown on a Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land entitled “West Side Connector Road” by Guerriere & Halnon, Inc., dated June, 2011.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at 7:00pm, in the Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the plan is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
