NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF DOUGLAS
PLANNING BOARD

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 81W and the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Modification of a Definitive Subdivision Plan.

The site consists of approximately 22.5 acres of land and is located off Douglas Hill Way, approximately 680 linear feet east of Northwest Main Street. The Modification will increase lots from the original seven (7) lots to a proposed twelve (12) lots. The increase of lots is pursuant to the approval of a Special Permit for a Flexible Residential Development pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Town of Douglas Zoning Bylaws.

The property is owned by Landmark Realty Trust, 297 Boston Road, Sutton, MA and the Applicant is Funari Site Development, P.O. Box 537, Sutton, MA as shown on a Modified Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land entitled “Whitin Reservoir Estates” by Andrews Survey & Engineering, Inc., revised date September 6, 2012.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at 7:15pm, in the Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the plan is available for viewing in the Community Development Department during regular business hours.

Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
