In accordance with Mass General Laws Chapter 40, Section 15C and the Town of Douglas Scenic Road Bylaw, Article 5, Section 6 of the Douglas General Bylaws, the Douglas Planning Board is holding a Public Hearing on the Application of Joel & Sandra Considine for a Permit to shift the previously approved proposed driveway by approximately 15-feet to the west by removing a section of stone wall to create a driveway opening for a single family home.
The property location is 20 Northwest Main Street, Douglas, MA, Assessors Map 198, Parcel 71.
The Public Hearing is being held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 7:00pm, in the Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Municipal Center, Douglas, MA.
A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
