PLANNING BOARD
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the Town of Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.4, Site Plan Review, the Douglas Planning Board is holding a Public Hearing on the Application of ASD Wallum MA Solar, LLC for a permit to install an up to 11.2 megawatt ground-mounted solar energy system on approximately 44.3 acre vacant, wooded area zoned as Rural Agricultural comprised of 21 contiguous parcels.

The proposed site is located at 0 Wallum Lake Road, Assessors Map 299, Parcels 7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13, 7.14, 7.15, 7.16, 7.17, 7.18, 7.19, 7.20, 7.21, 7.22, 7.23, 7.24, 7.25, 8, and 8.1, as shown on a plan prepared for Douglas Properties, LLC (Owners) entitled “Conceptual Site Plan for ASD Wallum MA Solar, LLC by TRC Engineers, Inc., 650 Suffolk Street, Lowell, MA dated October 2018.

The Public Hearing is being held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the plans may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
