1. Approve and Sign Easement Agreement for 137 Martin Road-Possible Vote(s) (00:34)
In the packet is an easement and related materials.
Mr. Cundiff stated that he has been working with John Furno and the owner of 137 Martin Road regarding an ongoing ponding issue in the public way in front of that property. The pavement at that location has deteriorated. To correct the issue, the elevation of the existing spillway needs to be lowered, which would mean extending onto private property. The property owner is willing to grant an easement to the Town. The property owner is asking for some minor repairs to her driveway as a result of the ponding.
Mr. Davis made a motion to accept the easement agreement for 137 Martin Road as presented. Mr. Bonin seconded the motion. Vote: All-Aye.

2. Any other Town Meeting Business not Anticipated 48 Hours in Advance (02:38)
There was no other business.

3. Adjournment (02:49)
Mr. Hughes made a motion at 6:33 PM to adjourn. Mr. Bonin seconded the motion. Vote: All-Aye.

Respectfully submitted,
