ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:15pm on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application:

7:15 PM Public Hearing: PELU, Inc. has filed an Appeal, MGL Chapter 40A, Section 8 regarding the Building Commissioner’s Decision dated May 16, 2019 to not issue a Building Permit to extend a 22-feet wide to 30-feet wide existing structure (concession stand). The same applicant also requests, as an alternative form of relief, a Variance in a Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoned District pursuant to the Douglas Zoning Bylaws to extend a structure from 22-feet wide to 30-feet wide for an existing concession stand. The property is located at 520 Northwest Main Street, Assessors Map 147, Parcel 1.

A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
