NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings at 7:00pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in the Douglas Municipal Center, Community Meeting Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application:

7:30 PM Public Hearing: Leslie Stevens has filed for a Special Permit pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.3 and Section 3.4.5 – Nonconforming Single and Two-Family Residential Structures to request a 22-foot front yard setback and a 23-foot side yard setback for the construction of a single-family (48’x27’) structure located in a Rural Agricultural (R/A) Zoned District. The property location is 131 Franklin Street, Assessors Map 195, Parcel 22.

A copy of the Application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed Application should appear at the time and place designated.
