PLANNING BOARD
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 80-T and 81-U; Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 9; the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas; the Town of Douglas Zoning Bylaws Section 4.4 Residential Compounds and Section 9.3 Special Permits, the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for Owners Robert S & Christine Chapman; Joseph E & Meghan C Schlesman and Coopers Town Road Realty Trust for an Application for a 6-Lot Definitive and Residential Compound Subdivision entitled “Hawk Hill Farms” a plan by Andrews Survey & Engineering dated February 3, 2020.
The property location is 768 & 772 Northwest Main Street, Tax Assessors Map 109, Parcels 1, 2 & 3; and Tax Assessors Map 123, Parcel 8.

The Public Hearing is being held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 7:00pm in the Community Meeting Room, Municipal Center, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.

A copy of the application may be viewed in the Community Development Department during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
