The Town of Douglas has created a Safety Exchange Zone in front of the Police Station. These 2 reserved parking spots will enable people to meet for property exchanges without the fear of being robbed or assaulted. The area will be monitored 24 hours a day by the Police Department and all activity in the parking lot will be video recorded.
